At Leihao Leiren, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the services and digital products they purchase from us. However, if you are not completely happy with your subscription or digital purchase, we have outlined our refund policy below:
Subscription Services:
- Refunds for subscriptions are available within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a refund, your account must not have extensively used the services (e.g., downloaded more than 10% of provided content or accessed premium services repeatedly).
- After 7 days, we regret that we cannot process any refund requests.
Digital Products:
- As digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are considered final once the product is downloaded or accessed.
- Refunds for digital goods are only issued if there is a technical problem with the product that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
How to Request a Refund:

- Include your order number, the email used during the purchase, and a detailed reason for your refund request.
- We may require additional information to process your request.
Processing Time:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
